About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team at All About Kids. As a key point of contact between service providers and parents, you will play a vital role in helping families navigate the Early Intervention (EI) program and access the services they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of eligible children and their families, and maintain accurate documentation to comply with state regulations.
  • Assist families in gaining access to Early Intervention services and other community resources, and facilitate the timely delivery of these services.
  • Manage the transition from the Early Intervention Program to the Committee on Preschool Special Education, and help families access other community resources as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one of the following educational or service coordination experience credentials: two years of experience in service coordination activities, one year of service coordination experience and an additional year of experience in a service setting with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, or one year of service coordination experience and an Associate's Degree in a health or human service field.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently, perform outreach, and maintain extensive documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000-$80,000 per year, a fee-for-service structure with opportunities for higher compensation based on performance and experience, and a flexible schedule with opportunities to work from home.
