Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Crisis Program Manager to join our team at Brook Lane Inc. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing overall supervision of the therapeutic milieu and residential staff, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Residential Staff: Provide administrative supervision to the LPN and RN staff, collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer for LPN and RN clinical supervision, and ensure adequate staffing/scheduling of employees to meet ratios.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Responsible for the hiring, performance management, and evaluation of employees, as well as developing training plans in collaboration with HR/Training to meet COMAR requirements.
  • Provide Clinical Services: Provide group and individual counseling to children and adolescents, as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, and complete assessments, documentation on treatment plans, and create and implement treatment and behavior plans.
  • Coordinate Care and Services: Coordinate specialized visits and appointments on a weekly basis, complete intakes, discharge planning, and coordination of care, and assist in crisis management.
  • Collaborate with Schools and Community: Serve as a liaison with the schools and other community agencies to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Requires LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC, LGPC in Maryland.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience working in mental/behavioral health inpatient or residential programs, intermediate technology skills, and experience using EMR required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the child welfare system in the State of Maryland, at least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory position, and experience working with children and adolescents and complex trauma.
