Occupational Therapist Travel Opportunity in Bellevue, Washington

About This Job: We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Bellevue, Washington. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a variety of patients and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job Summary: As an Occupational Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require rehabilitation and therapy to regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
• Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Occupational Therapy on an on-going basis.
• Observes and evaluates patient responses during treatment; documents and reports findings as appropriate.
• Follows hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in Occupational Therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. A minimum of one to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred. Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
Compensation: We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and mileage reimbursement. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
