  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning within safety and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair records.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of PLC operation, logic, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo motors, and conveyor systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine prints, drawings, and sketches.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
