About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office equipment.
What We Offer

US Foods offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.65, as well as opportunities for overtime compensation and shift differential. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
