Role Summary:

We are in search of dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to support our operations. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. We provide competitive pay along with a sign-on bonus based on experience, with weekly compensation. Flexible shift options are available to meet various scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Assistance: Deliver support with moderate oversight to ensure safe and effective equipment operation.
  • Preventative Care: Execute routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Urgent Repairs: Perform emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as required.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards while applying technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with plant personnel to achieve operational and individual objectives.
  • Downtime Management: Strive to minimize equipment failure and associated downtime.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 1 year in industrial maintenance or equivalent education (e.g., industrial maintenance diploma or enrollment in a technical program).
  • Skill Levels: Positions available at Associate, General, and Senior Maintenance Technician levels; classification determined during the interview based on expertise and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency required for logging data, processing work orders, and completing necessary documentation. Ability to learn and utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs. occasionally; lifting 20 lbs. frequently; standing on hard surfaces for extended periods; working in confined and elevated spaces; walking, climbing, utilizing ladders, and bending as needed. Temperature variations may occur within the facility.
