Job Title: Mechanical Inspector

Verify is seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our team. As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and/or sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specifications.
  • Report inspection results directly to customers via web application.
  • Use various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to perform inspections.
  • Have experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance with the AS9102 standard.
  • Be proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and Purchase Orders (POs).
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience performing inspections in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) or equivalent standard.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
