Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Examine customers' appliances to identify the cause of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install various large appliances, such as washers, wall ovens, and stoves, and perform routine maintenance work on customers' appliances.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on how to use appliances correctly, providing rough estimates for repairs, and billing customers for services rendered.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
