Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the direction of nursing services for our unit, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Delegate tasks to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring their work performance and providing guidance as needed.
  • Observe patients for signs of adverse change, reporting any concerns to the attending physician and implementing changes in orders as instructed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working as a charge nurse and participating in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing and proof of license renewal every other year.
  • Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients, follow doctors' orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certified yearly and willing to attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
