Job Title: Registered Nurse

ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Landenberg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our clinic setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
  • RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware and Pennsylvania
  • Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with physician office experience preferred
  • BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
