We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented BDC Representative to join our team at Healdsburg Chevrolet. As a BDC Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, connecting with them through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, website forms, and chat services.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs, answer their questions, and provide information on available vehicles and services.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and maintain customer databases and lead tracking systems.
- Track and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership, test drive vehicles, or meet with sales representatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Customer Education:
- Provide information on dealership promotions, financing options, and special offers to customers.
- Educate customers about the benefits of choosing Healdsburg Chevrolet for their automotive needs.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the sales process by identifying and nurturing potential leads and forwarding them to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer outreach efforts.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports on customer interactions and lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of BDC strategies and recommend improvements.
- Previous experience in a BDC or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer engagement tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers in their automotive journey.
