The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of the organization. This individual will report to the CFO and manage FP&A, treasury, and M&A for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global FP&A function
  • Built and own detailed financial models
  • Lead/Develop analyses around key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide insights into business performance
  • Participate in management of the corporate G&A expenses
  • Evaluate investment opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Manage banking relationships
  • Support integration efforts post-acquisition
  • Provide management, direction, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and matrixed personnel

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. They will have 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance roles, with experience in FP&A, M&A, and Treasury. Additionally, they will have 5+ years of experience managing direct reports in finance roles and exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE backed company experience a plus
  • Experience working with planning tools
  • International finance experience
