Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • Operations Management: 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
  • Financial Management: 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • Team Leadership: 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
Skills and Demands
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Effective teamwork skills.
  • Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
