Job Summary:

The Reservation Agent is a critical role within our spa operations team at The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being. This position requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and abide by Trilogy and The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being policies and procedures.
  • Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of all spa services.
  • Responsible for booking all spa and/or salon appointments accurately.
  • Selling and up-selling products to clients.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales, and/or retail.
  • Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a polished appearance.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

  • Estimated salary: $14.00 per hour + gratuity pool + retail commission.
