Your primary responsibility will be to deliver safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
- Technician Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Building Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with patients, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics and providing emotional support.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
