Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
  • Customer Experience: Engage customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Operations: Assist with and coach team members on warehouse and vendor ordering processes, register sales, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Training & Personal Development: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager.
  • Communications: Serve as a liaison between management and non-management team members, reporting disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
Requirements
  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of store inventory control.
