Compensation:

$48,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and organize the entire construction timeline, ensuring all operations align with project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, essential subcontractors, and external vendors to secure advantageous contracts.
  • Oversee general contractors and construction personnel, providing direction to ensure exemplary project execution.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed on project progress through regular updates and reports.
  • Acquire all necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with building codes.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of quality standards.
  • Work alongside contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for effective project delivery.
  • Create and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to assess progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to secure required permits and approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and payment schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed with minimal delays and budget overruns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly regarded.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently, focusing on timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budget management.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
