We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Pegasus Senior Living. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and meeting state-specific certification requirements.
- A minimum of six months of relevant experience working with older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
