  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel maintenance or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Certifications: Current certification as required by federal, state, or local governing agencies pertaining to trade requirements.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
