This role demands exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a dedication to providing top-notch AV solutions. The position involves local travel within the MD/DC area, with a company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Oversight:
Direct the installation of audiovisual systems, which include projectors, screens, displays, audio systems, control systems, and other related apparatus.
Organize and coordinate installation timelines, ensuring that all projects are finalized punctually and within financial constraints.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.

Technical Proficiency:
Execute intricate AV system configurations and calibrations to guarantee peak performance.
Diagnose and resolve AV system challenges, offering technical assistance during and post-installation.
Maintain an advanced understanding of the latest AV technologies and industry developments.

Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior AV technicians and installation crews.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on new equipment and installation methodologies.
Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and company protocols.

Client Engagement:
Effectively communicate with clients to ascertain their AV requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Conduct site evaluations to determine installation needs and prepare comprehensive project proposals.
Provide exemplary customer service and support throughout the installation process.

Documentation and Reporting:
Keep precise records of installations, including equipment inventories, configuration details, and system schematics.
Compile and present detailed reports on installation progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Ensure efficient inventory management and procure supplies as necessary.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $115,000 annually
