About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fit Expert or Sales Lead.
As a Fit Expert, you will work closely with customers to find their perfect fit, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
As a Sales Lead, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Work closely with customers to find their perfect fit, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving growth and revenue for the store.
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Leadership skills, including excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, and effective delegation and validation.
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using a cash register.
