Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding the cleanliness and overall appearance of our retail environment. Your efforts will contribute to delivering our Brand Promises and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store, including dusting, mopping, and trash disposal.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering inquiries.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to deep clean essential areas such as restrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Take initiative to identify and address areas needing attention, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff.
  • Keep cleaning supplies organized and report any supply shortages to your supervisor.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist with customer transactions, ensuring a friendly and efficient checkout experience.
  • Engage customers in discussions about loyalty programs and assist with enrollments.
  • Participate in stock management processes, including unloading shipments and organizing merchandise.
  • Support company safety and shrink prevention initiatives by adhering to established protocols.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform regular lifting and bending, and navigate various store areas. Some outdoor tasks may be required.

Work Environment:
Engage with customers in a climate-controlled retail setting, with occasional exposure to non-climate-controlled areas. Flexible hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation:
