About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Advocacy Specialist to join our team at Commonwealth Care Alliance. In this role, you will work directly with assigned CCA members to help them navigate the healthcare system and ensure they receive the necessary support and resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains open lines of communication with CCA members and interacts with members as needed, based on member preference and care plan recommendations
  • Serves as the primary resource for members regarding healthcare benefits
  • Collaborates with community-based PCPs/Specialists, as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience caring for patients/members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Organizational abilities

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
