Job Summary

As a Kitchen Steward with Levy, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas and equipment. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep and mop floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as all other food preparation surfaces
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing all safe lifting standards
