Compensation

The estimated hourly salary for this role is $22.31, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and benefits. About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide comfort care to patients, enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones. You will work collaboratively with our team to meet each patient's unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, enhancing the quality of their life every day.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certification or have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program. You will also require current CPR certification. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
