Holden Farms, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Pork Producer Team Lead to join our team. This role involves leading a team of professionals responsible for overseeing multiple swine finishing sites across Southern MN and Northern Iowa.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we provide opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in livestock care and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience with animal health and nutrition are essential.

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing multiple swine finishing sites
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with Contract Partners/Growers to develop and implement strategies for improved animal welfare and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including Contract Growers, Truckers, HFI staff, Feed Mills, and HFI Veterinarians
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License, and reliable Truck for transportation
