Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
* Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work
* Assign tasks and responsibilities to front-end associates during idle periods, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
* Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
