Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Head of Investor Relations. This position is crucial for driving the firm's investor engagement strategy and expanding our network of high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for investor development aimed at achieving new business objectives.
- Enhance and broaden the current investor network, focusing on nurturing essential relationships.
- Act as a primary liaison between the firm and both existing and potential investors.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) prospects.
- Develop marketing and branding collateral, utilizing graphic design skills, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Oversee media and public relations initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage the firm's investor technology platform, such as the Investor Portal, and support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree with 8-15 years of experience in real estate investments, particularly with established connections to accredited high-net-worth and family office investors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sophisticated investors.
- Experience in multifamily real estate is advantageous.
- Technologically proficient, with familiarity in standard tech platforms and specific exposure to investor technology solutions.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based bonuses linked to capital raised for future investments. The expected salary range is between $150,000 and $225,000.
