We are looking for a skilled fundraising operations manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will lead fundraising initiatives, manage donor relationships, and develop strategic plans to advance our mission and support our growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising goals and revenue objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Experience with fundraising software and donor management platforms.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFRE certification is advantageous.
Capability to create and execute effective fundraising strategies.
Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Experience in marketing, public relations, event coordination, and volunteer engagement.
Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, and data management.
Knowledge of WordPress and social media tools for online fundraising activities.
Understanding of estate planning and related laws to facilitate planned giving.
A commitment to serving vulnerable populations in the community.
Adherence to high ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion.
Excellent organizational, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to assess opportunities that align with our mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Public Relations (25%)
Enhance the organization's visibility in the community through various media, including digital and print.
Build and nurture relationships with businesses, individuals, media, and foundations to secure new support.
Oversee the organization's online presence, including social media and newsletters.
Conduct tours and informational sessions to increase community awareness.
Collaborate with team members to collect stories for marketing and communication purposes.
Individual Giving Development & Stewardship (50%)
Design, implement, and evaluate the annual development strategy for individual contributions.
Foster and expand relationships with donors, ensuring excellent service and adherence to fundraising best practices.
Communicate with donors regarding the impact of their contributions, arrange meetings, and express gratitude.
Ensure timely delivery of appreciation letters, notes, tax receipts, and follow-up calls.
Organize fundraising events and community engagement activities.
Coordinate targeted direct mail and email outreach campaigns.
Maintain the accuracy of the donor database and lead stewardship initiatives.
Grant Management (20%)
Develop and execute an annual strategy for grants, including oversight of grant writing and relationship building with foundation program managers.
Administrative Duties (5%)
Respond to inquiries from potential donors.
Assist in maintaining financial records related to pledges, billings, and receipts.
