Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic planning, design, and construction services for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive research and innovation.
  • Interpret local building codes, ordinances, design manuals, and review plans.
  • Offer construction observation services for roadway, water, sewer, and drainage improvement projects.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science/Management preferred.
  • College degree and experience in commercial construction working for a General Contractor.
  • Proven track record of effective people management.
  • High attention to detail regarding project organization.
  • Career-oriented individual seeking to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibility.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
