We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at C4 Technical Services. This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing, evaluating, and redesigning business and IT processes using scientific approaches such as Critical Thinking, Lean Management, ITIL, Design Thinking, and structured systems analysis and design. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and collaborating effectively with Software Engineers to understand features and technical implementation.

This role involves working closely with development and business teams to understand business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and identifying gaps to ensure deployment of solutions. The successful candidate will also support business-critical systems using mature IT and software engineering practices, develop and deploy test strategies, and communicate effectively across functional teams and management levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, evaluate, and redesign business and IT processes using scientific approaches.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain attention to detail and collaborate effectively with Software Engineers.
  • Work closely with development and business teams to understand business requirements.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
