Job Title: Hotel Cleaning Specialist

Job Description:

The Hotel Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms, public areas, and corridors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to follow instructions accurately, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces
  • Restock towels, amenities, and supplies as required
  • Use cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and Company safety/sanitation requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and usage
  • Report any maintenance problems or accidents to management
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous activities for extended periods
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Well-groomed, clean, and neat appearance
