We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at GetMed Allied. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients, ensuring accurate and safe imaging and therapeutic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
- Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
- Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
