We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Culinary Specialist to join our team at our Bismarck facility. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a critical role in preparing and serving high-quality food to patients, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary. They will also have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation processes, as well as basic math skills to accurately measure ingredients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assembling baked goods, cooking, seasoning, and portioning food for patients, staff, and visitors
- Maintaining labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery
- Ensuring sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas
- Documenting HACCP steps, temperatures, and outcomes to assure the safest food possible

The estimated salary for this position is between $17.00 and $23.50 per hour, based on location and experience. This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $2,000.
