Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates for construction projects.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs.
  • Prepare and manage bid packages.
  • Monitor and control project costs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Self-perform experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel and Project).
  • Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (Or Similar).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
