Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments, exams, and other events.
  • Process and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the registrar's office to process diplomas and in-service certificates.
  • Support campus events and operations, including ordering supplies and managing mail and package distribution.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
