About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at FutureRecruit. As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Estate Planning Strategies

Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer and estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

Conduct Thorough Legal Research

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support estate planning and tax strategies, staying current with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting estate planning.

Collaborate with Clients and Professionals

Collaborate with clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to wealth management.

Prepare and File Estate and Gift Tax Returns

Assist in the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns.

Communicate Complex Legal Concepts

Participate in client meetings and presentations, explaining complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Ohio Bar

Admission to the Ohio bar and in good standing.

Experience in Estate Planning and Tax Law

Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning and tax law, preferably with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients.

Strong Analytical and Research Skills

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Ability to Communicate Complex Legal Concepts

Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Clients and Projects

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
