Fiduciary Services Role

We are seeking a skilled Trust Advisor to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our Private Bank, you will be responsible for providing expert fiduciary services to our clients with complex wealth planning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents and ensure adherence to all fiduciary rules and regulations.
  • Cultivate relationships with local centers of influence to identify opportunities for Fifth Third Bank to serve as Trustee, Successor Trustee, Executor, or Personal Representative.
  • Manage the due diligence process on all new fiduciary appointments and demonstrate sound complex decision-making skills.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in fiduciary-related areas and maintain knowledge of current trends and changes in the industry.
  • Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree (JD, MBA) preferred.
  • Professional designee (CTFA or similar) and 10 years of demonstrated fiduciary client service/sales experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of trust administration, estate planning strategies, and income and estate tax matters.
