Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Housekeeping staff to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and maintenance routines
  • Coordinate with front desk and maintenance personnel to meet guest needs
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping operations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping with supervisory responsibilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve high standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
