  • Provide leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication
  • Conduct performance evaluations as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in a financial institution is essential
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred
  • Familiarity with Prologue and Symitar systems is advantageous

Skills and Competencies:

  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, statutes, and filing requirements
  • Ability to assist and oversee team members
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and managing projects effectively
  • Successful completion of employee screening processes is mandatory

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Work may involve prolonged periods of standing or sitting
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
  • Visual verification of numerical details for accuracy is required
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers may be necessary
  • Ability to access and navigate the facility with reasonable accommodations
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of small parcels may be required
