Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage margin reporting, balance sheet activity, and invoicing & settlement for assigned assets.
  • Communicate effectively with 3rd parties to ensure allocations and statements are received in a timely manner.
  • Generate and record timely and accurately all 3rd party and transport invoices for assigned asset areas.
  • Ensure payments are prepared properly and timely and paid in accordance with applicable deadlines.
  • Perform monthly margin analysis timely and accurately, including accrued to actual variance analysis.
  • Reconcile financial statement accounts assigned and identify and timely resolve/clear any reconciling items.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, licensed CPA is a plus.
  • 4-6+ years experience in Oil & Gas required, gas gathering and transport experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
  • A team player who possesses good communication skills and relates well with peers, supervisor and other functional groups.
