We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Islandia. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing room assignments and rates.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for our guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$17.50, depending on experience. Our team members enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
