Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living functions, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Provide personal care, including lifting, transferring, and positioning residents, while following established safety precautions.
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed by the care team.
  • Assist with daily Range of Motion Exercises to maintain resident mobility and flexibility.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
  • Enter accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in scheduled training and in-service education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
