About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Inside Service Representative to support our Key Account Managers in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide intensive support to a defined portfolio of key account customers.
  • Act as the primary interface with our worldwide branches for reviewing, controlling, and coordinating international logistics tenders across all modes of transport.
  • Contribute to internal project teams on customer projects with strategic relevance and long-term, partnership-oriented focus.
  • Develop and maintain master data, create group analyses, quality reports, and executive summaries to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
  • Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and follow up independently.
  • Facilitate proactive communication to ensure optimal information flow.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, or equivalent business education with sales experience.
  • Expertise in the international transport logistics industry and/or operational experience in the road, air, and/or sea freight sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
