Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages at Family Health Care in Boise, ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Prescribe medications and provide medication management, while educating patients and their families on preventive care and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of Idaho.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
