Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $51,484 - $75,066, commensurate with experience. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is also available.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Clinician. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and facilitating group sessions, providing clinical assessments, and maintaining accurate client records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility for planning and facilitating IOP group(s), insurance/treatment authorizations, ASAM documentation
  • Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Provide case management.
  • Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources.
  • Supervise, coach and provide guidance to Student Interns as assigned.
  • Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and an associate license (LMSW, LMFTA, or LPCA). Experience working with groups and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
