Location: Newburyport, MA
Contract Duration: 03 Months+ (potential for extension)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of microelectronics assembly machinery, including manual, automatic, and semi-automatic systems under supervision.
- Conduct inspections of die and packages to ensure compliance with Military and client specifications using specialized equipment.
- Adhere to established specifications and procedural guidelines or verbal instructions.
- Utilize a range of hand tools to carefully handle and process sensitive components without causing damage.
- Provide training to fellow team members on fundamental equipment operation and assembly techniques.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready workspaces to ensure operational efficiency.
- Employ computer-based manufacturing systems for product movement and data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
