Job Responsibilities:

  • Care for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools
  • Work with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care
  • Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress, and report changes to providers
  • Assist in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Colorado
  • CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • 6 months of work experience as an LPN or RN
  • Valid TB screening
  • COVID-19 vaccination card
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion
