Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily activities and personal care for patients in their homes
Support the patient's care plan alongside a team of home health professionals
Observe patients and communicate any necessary updates to supervisors

Requirements:

Active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Colorado
BLS/CPR certification
Compassionate nature and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
