About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at LindenGrove Communities. In this full-time day care position, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote functional potential and independence.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patient information to assess treatment needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
  2. Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and create personalized plans of care that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  3. Design and implement therapy programs that promote functional ability, mobility, and overall well-being.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate discharge planning.
  5. Supervise and train Rehabilitation Technicians in treatment procedures and provide clinical guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [state].
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
